Ordering Samples

We can send you up to three samples. These are free of charge for engineered and solid woods.

For laminate samples there is a one off charge of £3.60 for up to three samples, which will be deducted from your final order amount.

The 'order free sample' button can be found above the 'add to basket' icon on each of the flooring product pages.

Please note with real wood, due to the nature of the product and the sample size , the sample cannot guarantee the final shade and appearance of your flooring. Real wood varies in consistency of knotting (including the colour of knot filler), shade and texture; please remember every tree is different.
